Full-Service Process Optimization (DFY: We do all the work). In our Diamond Package, we offer a comprehensive, hands-on approach to process optimization. We begin by acquiring your sales data and conducting a Pareto analysis, which allows us to identify the top 3–5 processes that require improvement. To provide you with an accurate quote, we request a preliminary time study, which you can conduct.

Once we have the necessary data, we dive into the heart of the project. Our team performs an initial time study and a value stream mapping (VSM) analysis to pinpoint bottlenecks and determine the takt time of your processes. We then create a detailed process improvement plan, streamlining operations and addressing any bottlenecks identified earlier. This plan includes both strategy development and execution.
