We kickstart the process by acquiring your sales data and conducting a Pareto analysis to identify the key areas for improvement. To provide an accurate quote, we request a preliminary time study, which you conduct.

After gathering the necessary data, we initiate the optimization process. Our team performs an initial time study and value stream mapping (VSM) analysis to identify bottlenecks and determine target times. We then create a comprehensive process improvement plan, including strategy development and execution.
